Just because it’s winter, it doesn’t mean you have to big farewell to your much loved morning smoothie ritual. Enjoy this delicious Warm Chai Winter Smoothie!

Preparation time 5 minutes Serves 1


  • 250mls almond milk (no added sugar)
  • 2 bags of chai tea steeped in 1/2 cup boiling water
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey or rice malt syrup

To make it:

Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth
