Preparation time 5 minutes Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 250mls almond milk (no added sugar)
- 2 bags of chai tea steeped in 1/2 cup boiling water
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tsp honey or rice malt syrup
To make it:
Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth
