My practice is committed to the highest quality dental care it's possible to achieve.
We also believe in that each part of your experience here should be as professional and enjoyable as we can make it.

As part of that care, you will be treated as a whole person, and not just a mouth! We will be courteous, and considerate of any special needs you have.

Our committment to excellence starts with a thorough initial assessment - a complete examination allows us to offer you detailed and comprehensive advice. You'll be presented with all treatment options, and we'll always explain why we suggest the best option for you.

During any treatment you decide to have completed, you will be treated with respect and care, and all procedures will be explained in enough detail for you to be confident in giving your consent.

Occasionally we might recommend you seek a second opinion from our practice partners, specialists and others we trust to look after you. We also maintain links with local medical practitioners and other specialist referral services. In this way we can access specialist advice on endodontics, periodontal support, complex implant case-planning, orthodontics for adults and children, chronic pain management and a range of medical areas including oral pathology and auto-immune disorders. We will provide full details of the reason for the referral, and provide appropriate records and support. You can be confident the people we refer you to have been hand-picked to reflect our values and will provide the same standard of service we do.

This office has made a commitment to maintaining 'best practice' in infection control. This means that anything that we use in your treatment is either single-use, or autoclaved and disinfected according to established protocols and standards promulgated by dental boards, other authorities, and the NH&MRC. For some procedures, we go even further: for instance, all instruments used for root canal therapy are only ever used on one person-you!

Once your treatment is complete, I will ensure you are reminded of the right time for appropriate maintenance and preventative care appointments.

Finally, I've been an active member of the NSW ADA since 1983, and I subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the Branch. My staff and I keep up to date with lifelong learning and continuing professional education, so you can relax in the knowledge that what we recommend is the best available treatment.
